25 Cities Dashboard

*A tool to assist the Metro Denver region as it works to find homes for all of its Veterans and Chronically Homeless people.

Following the (monthly) report of new housing placements updates are displayed here.
If 0 placements are displayed for the month be patient, we’ll have the numbers in soon.

The Veterans Homelessness Dashboard provides a real-time snapshot of how the Metro Denver region is progressing in its work to end Veteran homelessness by the end of 2015.
The Chronic Homelessness Dashboard provides a real-time snapshot of how the Metro Denver region is progressing in its work to end Chronic homelessness by the end of 2016.
The Housing Placement bar chart shows a simple comparison of the target number of housing placements versus the actual number of people housed in the current month. The chart also outlines the numerical surplus or deficit between monthly actual and target housing placement figures, in an effort to show how close or far Metro Denver is from reaching the monthly target.
The Three-Month Trend graph provides a three-month snapshot of both current target housing placements and actual housing placements. This chart is automatically updated to reflect the current three-month period upon the report of new housing placements.
The Big Picture: Getting To Zero chart shows how many more housing placements must be made in order to reach the overall housing placement goal, or Take Down Target. It compares the actual number of placements in the Denver Metro area remaining to be housed to the target number remaining to be housed. These numbers should be the same, but if they aren’t, the chart indicates the surplus or deficit between the two figures.
